woke up early this morning and did my thing.. watched tv.. drank an ovaltine.. and then went out with my parents to eat genki sushi... so when i went there.. i ate a bit.. and then i started feeling a weird tingle in my tummy.. bad bad.. then after that i felt the desperate need to crap.. and by the time lunch was over.. i was bent over in pain..seriously!

the thing is.. i don't crap in public toilets... such a habit.. i know.. but i mean.. what if your crap is extra stinky.. or you make funny noises.. or there's no tissues... hmm.. that's why i always return to my comfy throne to crap..

hm.. guess what my mama diagnosed it to be..

*drum roll*

irritable bowl syndrome..

aparently.. young people are getting irritable bowel sydrome due to their irregular eating habits.. but the thing is.. look at our schedules and timetables.. there isn't a regular time for us to eat anyway... so i wonder why we are all suffering from irritable bowel syndrome..

Symptoms of IBS

  1. Bloating and gas ( yup! definately!)
  2. Mucus in the stool
  3. Constipation
  4. Diarrhea, especially after eating or first thing in the morning (uh huh.. this morning was bad...)
  5. Feeling like you still need to have a bowel movement after you've already had one
  6. Feeling a strong urge to have a bowel movement
  7. Abdominal pain and cramping that may go away after having a bowel movement ( yup! relief!! )

Tips on controlling IBS

  1. Eat a varied healthy diet and avoid foods high in fat.
  2. Drink plenty of water.
  3. Try eating 6 small meals a day rather than 3 larger ones.
  4. Learn new and better ways to deal with your stress.
  5. Avoid using laxatives. They may weaken your intestines and cause you to be dependent on them.

aniwae.. another medical psychological problem.. which i think someone has.. cuz one minute she'll be friendly and all like.. oh i wouldn't do such lame thing.. and the next she'll be a backstabbing whore.. i think its juz a typical case of hypocracy.. but.. it might be something deeper.. so here's something to enlighten her with... i know she's reading..

Schizophrenia

Definition-
Schizophrenia is a collection of related psychiatric disorders of unknown etiology that follow a specific pattern of behavior. Typical behavior seen in schizophrenia includes psychotic episodes in which there is a severe mental disturbance and perceptions of reality are distorted. Psychotic episodes may also involve hallucinations. Schizophrenics often have delusions about personal identity, immediate surroundings or society, and paranoia. Schizophrenia has a component of heredity, but many factors other than genetics are involved. Schizophrenia is treated with antipsychotic medication.

Demographics-
Schizophrenia is estimated to afflict 1% of the world's population, whereas schizotypal personality disorder afflicts 2–3%. Approximately 2.7 million people have schizophrenia in the United States. The incidence of schizophrenia among parents, children, and siblings of patients with the disease is 15%. The rate of adopted children with schizophrenic parents is also 15%. However, the disease is not caused entirely by genetic factors, as identical twins have only a 30–50% tendency to have the same schizophrenic illness. Schizophrenia occurs equally in males and females. The disease may be seen at any age, but the average age for the initiation of treatment is from 28–34 years. Schizophrenia is associated with low economic status, probably due to a lack of proper health care during fetal development.

Negative symptoms-
Negative symptoms reflect the absence of normal social and interpersonal behaviors (YUP! BINGO!) .Negative symptoms of schizophrenia are varied. Schizophrenic patients often have a reduction in their ability to experience appropriate emotions, or express their emotions. This reduced expressiveness often leads to periods of withdrawal from others. Patients may also experience a lack of motivation, energy, and ability to experience pleasure. Schizophrenic patients often have poverty of speech, and will not speak readily with others.

msg to that person.. have some thought about your actions.. perhaps its time to get some help.. from a psychologist or something..

life is too short to be pissed for so long.. i have better things to deal with..
